What you may be wondering

Whether you’re curious about Freedom Sessions, looking for details about my work, or simply wondering how to connect, this page offers a few simple answers. If you don’t see your question here, I’d love for you to reach out.

Freedom Sessions are 90-minute spaces designed for inner healing and breakthrough, weaving together faith, story, and psychology. They are not traditional therapy, though my background in counseling psychology informs the way I hold space. Each session is personalized— meeting you where you are and helping you encounter God’s kindness in the places that need it most.

No. Freedom Sessions are not psychotherapy and do not replace licensed mental health treatment. They are Christ-centered spaces for spiritual and personal growth. My training in counseling psychology allows me to hold your story with care—helping you notice the threads, turning points, and themes of your life in ways that bring meaning and connection to what God is doing

You can reach out through the contact from on this site or email me directly. I’ll respond personally to coordinate a time that works for you.

Through the end of January, Freedom Sessions are being offered at a reduced rate:

Packages are also available for those who want to commit to several sessions, providing both savings and the benefit of continued momentum over time.

No. My work includes multiple expressions: counseling psychology focusing on tools from Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems; writing, speaking, and group offerings. Freedom Sessions are one avenue among many, but the heart behind them— helping people experience God’s redemptive love—is present in everything I do.

Currently sessions are held exclusively online.

Yes. Freedom Sessions are designed for believers and are unapologetically Christ-centered. These sessions invite you to meet God in the story you carry and experience His restoring love.

Yes. Freedom Sessions are fully faith-based while also being held through a trauma-informed lens. That means. Pay careful attention to safety, gentleness, and pacing— never rushing the process, but honoring the body and heart as they heal. My background in counseling psychology shapes the way I hold space, so every session is approached with sensitivity to how trauma impacts story, memory, and emotion.

I’d love that! Use the contact form and let me know what you have in mind. Whether it’s a speaking invitation, podcast, or simply a note about something that resonated, I welcome hearing from you.
